Our new 2,500 square foot cottage is steps away from one of the most beautiful lakes in New England. Surrounded on all sides by the Green Mountain National Forest and located on 27 acres of private property. Included in the rental is access to your own private dock, canoes, kayaks and a paddle boat. In the winter you can take advantage of the snow whether you want to cross country ski (trails right outside your door) or downhill ski at Killington ski resort (25 minutes by car). There are spectacular views from every window, a gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen and large screened in porch. A bunk room with five extra large built-in bunks makes it perfect for families with children. The master bedroom has a kitchenette for making coffee in the morning or having an after dinner drink before watching a DVD on the large flat screen TV. The main level has a large gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room in addition to an office area and another bedroom and bath. The finished basement can be used for relaxing and playing games or sleeping three more people. Overall there are three bedrooms, four full baths, and a day bed and sleep couch in the basement. The cottage can easily sleep 10 people. Rent the cottage for the weekend, a week or more!
